Obtain an RCMP Criminal Record Check from any country
Frontier One (F1 Fingerprint) is an RCMP-accredited fingerprint agency serving thousands of people across Ontario and Alberta — and many customers abroad through our International Fingerprinting Service.
Don’t see your country listed? The process is the same everywhere. This service is for applicants living outside Canada who need a Canadian Criminal Record Check (CCRC) — often required when you’ve lived in Canada for more than six months. With our RCMP-certified system we digitise and submit your fingerprints to the RCMP on your behalf, to get your result as fast as possible.

The process
From your first form to a certified record check in hand — and we pre-check everything before you mail a thing.
-
Complete the fingerprint request form
Fill out our online request form to get started.
-
Download and complete the other forms
Check your email for instructions and forms, then have your fingerprints taken in your country of residence. Refer to the samples we provide, and consider taking several sets for the best chance of acceptance.
-
Email us your completed documents
Send everything to international@f1fingerprint.ca, including scanned fingerprint cards at the highest possible quality. Some police departments send the card directly to us; if the quality doesn't meet standards we may ask you to redo them.
-
We review within 2 business days
We reply with a preliminary review to ensure quality and completeness before you start mailing.
-
Courier your documents to us
Send all documents by registered mail (not email) or preferably courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL) to our International Department — only after we confirm they are good to send.
-
We submit to the RCMP
Once documents are received and payment is made, we digitise your fingerprints and submit them electronically to the RCMP within one business day.
-
The RCMP mails your certificate
The RCMP processes your application and mails the Certified Criminal Record Check to the address of your choice via Canada Post regular mail.
