What it takes

Accreditation is a process, not a form you fill in

Every Frontier One office and staff member is vetted before a single fingerprint is captured.

  1. Personnel security screening

    Every staff member undergoes a thorough RCMP security screening before they are cleared to handle fingerprints.

  2. Physical site inspection

    Each office is physically inspected and approved by the RCMP before it can operate.

  3. Approved storage & destruction

    We purchase RCMP-approved locking filing cabinets and a cross-cut shredder for secure storage and disposal.

  4. Ongoing accreditation

    Accreditation is maintained continuously — F1 has held it since 2017 across all Ontario and Alberta offices.

  • We are a private company, not a government agency. We are accredited by the RCMP to capture and submit your fingerprints.
  • We do not provide police reports or criminal database access. For a police report, contact your local police service directly.
  • We do not collect IRCC biometrics. Those happen at a government office. Your IRCC letter lists the location.
