Fingerprinting
- RCMP Criminal Record Check Most requested RCMP Criminal Background Check in Canada for immigration, employment, pardons, licensing, and more.
- Fingerprint Card For clients who need a background check from the US or other countries, we capture fingerprints via Livescan and print them onto a C216C or FD258 card, which is then mailed to the relevant agency.
- Ink Fingerprinting Traditional ink prints for foreign authorities that still require them.
- International Fingerprinting A Canadian criminal record check from outside Canada, for immigration, and employment applications.
Documents
- Apostille Service Apostille and document authentication for use abroad, often in the same visit.
- Notary Public Notarization of documents, affidavits, and statutory declarations.
- Commissioning Service Commissioner of oaths for signatures witnessed while you wait.
- FBI History Checks Package The full FBI background-check package, prepared and mailed for you.
- Passport Photo Passport and visa photos taken to government spec, ready the same visit.
Before you book
- We are a private company, not a government agency. Accredited by the RCMP to capture and submit your fingerprints.
- We do not provide police reports or criminal database access. For a police report, contact your local police service directly.
- We do not collect IRCC biometrics. Those happen at a government office. Your IRCC letter lists the location.

Who we are
Frontier One Inc. is a fingerprinting agency accredited and authorized by the RCMP to electronically capture and submit fingerprints. As a Direct Connect agency, we transmit your fingerprints securely to the RCMP through our own IT and network infrastructure, with no third-party network involved.
We also provide fingerprint cards printed on FD-258 forms for FBI purposes and C-216C forms for foreign police certificates.
