We capture your fingerprints electronically and print the FD-258/FD-1164 card on the spot — rolled and flat impressions.

We submit & pay the FBI
We complete and submit your FBI application, pay the processing fee, and seal everything into a pre-stamped envelope.

You mail the package
Drop the sealed envelope in the mail via your preferred courier, then send us the tracking number.

Your IdHS comes back
The FBI returns your Identity History Summary — a soft copy by email, then the hard copy by mail.
When your result arrives
The clock starts when the FBI opens the envelope
Times are FBI estimates and can vary. Sending us your tracking number lets us follow your package and chase the result if it runs long.

The processing clock starts when your envelope reaches the FBI.

Soft copy, by email
Usually issued 5 to 10 days after the FBI receives your card. We forward it the moment it lands.

The printed summary typically arrives about two weeks after the soft copy.
What to bring
Two pieces of government ID. That is all we need from you.
A passport is highly recommended for FBI submissions. Everything else we prepare ourselves.

What you’ll receive
Your FBI Identity History Summary
The IdHS is your official FBI record — a US police certificate confirming whether the FBI holds any arrest history on file. It is requested for your own review for immigration, work, licensing or travel.
- Soft copy, emailed first We forward the FBI’s electronic summary the moment it lands.
- Official hard copy follows The printed summary arrives by mail about two weeks later.
- A recognised US clearance Accepted as proof of your FBI record for official processes.
