The RCMP Flow transmits fingerprints electronically to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police over accredited, encrypted channels — for background checks, licensing, immigration, and employment screening. No courier, no manual upload.

These are the actual certificates. RCMP letters have the applicant email and device serial numbers redacted; FBI certificates are verifiable on the FBI biometric specifications registry. Continued compliance depends on correct installation and ongoing maintenance.
