A direct, accredited line to the RCMP.
Frontier One is an RCMP-accredited fingerprinting agency. Since 2014 we've captured and submitted fingerprints over our own secure infrastructure — with no third-party network — for people who need a background check done right, the first time.

Who we are
Frontier One Inc. is a fingerprinting agency accredited and authorized by the RCMP to electronically capture and submit fingerprints. As a Direct Connect agency, we transmit your fingerprints securely to the RCMP through our own IT and network infrastructure — with no third-party network involved.
Around that core we do everything you need to get a record check accepted, here or abroad: ink fingerprinting, fingerprint cards on FD-258 (FBI) and C-216C (foreign police) forms, international submissions, and a full range of document services.
Accredited and authorized by the RCMP
RCMP accreditation isn't a badge we bought — it's authorization to do the actual work: capture your fingerprints electronically and submit them straight to the RCMP's national repository. Few agencies hold it. We've held it since 2014.
Accredited agency
Authorized by the RCMP to operate as an accredited electronic fingerprinting agency.
Certified live-scan capture
Your prints are taken digitally on certified live-scan equipment — no smudged ink cards to reject.
Direct Connect submission
Sent to the RCMP over our own secure network — never handed to a third party.
What “Direct Connect” means for you
Most providers hand your fingerprints to a third-party network before they ever reach the RCMP. We don't — and that changes three things: who touches your data, how fast it moves, and who is accountable if something is wrong.
One accountable line. Fewer hands on your data, a faster submission, and a single party responsible end to end: us.
Your prints pass through a third-party network you never chose — an extra hop, an extra point of failure, and shared accountability.
What we do
Fingerprinting is the core. Around it, everything you need to get a record check accepted.

What we stand for
Four convictions that shape every appointment.
A rejected submission costs you weeks. So we capture it right the first time.
Accuracy isn't the fast path or the slow path — it's the only path that doesn't send you back to the start. Our technicians are trained for a clean, acceptable capture on the first visit.
Your fingerprints are yours. No third party ever touches them.
Direct Connect means your data goes from our scanner to the RCMP over our own network — not through an intermediary. Fewer hands, less risk, one accountable party.
A regulated process, explained in plain language.
Most people arrive unsure and on a deadline, often reading in a second language. We tell you exactly what to bring and what happens next — no jargon, no surprises.
Accredited service, close to home and open six days.
